To achieve an impossible thing to achieve perseverance and dreams with all your strength .Although it is impossible but not easy to despair because you will get paid in proportion to the deed itself and the persistence in the future.
Here are some tips on how to live a simple and healthy life according to my own version which I will have to lead to achieve what we dream of living free from the suffering of the world and always feel well:
As we know things are called "waste" is a pebble that will prevent us towards a life of success .If we can control nature so extravagant that you can get through and the money you still can be saved for a more useful. Remember by applying a simple lifestyle for your own future.
Try to learn a healthy diet to reduce fatty foods and not healthy. Most of people when they are bored or stressed it are our primary goal must be snacking snacks, unhealthy snacks even damaging teeth. I tell that it was a reckless act by damaging your body themselves by buying food that is not necessary (waste)
Healthy lifestyle is good is as follows:
Drink water when I wake up
Exercise routine
Stay away from alcoholic beverages and tobacco (nicotine)
Do not like to stay / sleep until late at night, because people need adequate rest.
Do not like baths at night because it can make arthritis
Many eat fruit or drink the fresh juice and take vitamins recommended by doctor. Good luck yourself !!!
